Ronald Williams - Director, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Williams is recognized as a leader and innovator in this industry. His career spans more than 20 years, and started in the 1980s as a distributor for NuSkin International (over $1billion annual sales) and learned the trade and business at NuSkin. He then went on to Neways International (over $800 million annual sales) from 1992 to 1997 to become its vice president of Sales and Marketing. During 1997 and 1998 he was the Senior Executive at Young Living Essential Oils and later founded Whole Living/Brain Garden in November 1998. In all, he has helped develop more than 25 countries and assisted in the success of more than 3 million distributors worldwide.

In May 2004 Mr. Williams launched his own company, ForeverGreen International, LLC. His focus on unique, fun and pleasurable products led to the development of an all natural health and wellness line. Mr. Williams is the creator and visionary behind ForeverGreen.

Brenda Huang - Director and CMO
Ms. Huang's marketing experience began while managing and growing Asian operations in Taiwan for Morinda, Inc. After her success in Taiwan, Brenda accepted an offer to facilitate growth of Morinda in Hong Kong, China. She is experienced in creating business presentations for a variety of countries and languages. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Cantonese, Taiwanese and English. For the past nine years, she has worked directly with distributors in the capacities of General Manger, Sales and Marketing Manager, Customer Service and Operations Manager.

Chris Patterson - COO and General Counsel
Mr. Patterson has worked as an attorney in the health and wellness industry for the past ten years. He previously served as counsel for Enrich, Rexall Showcase International and Unicity in international expansion, compliance, regulatory, intellectual property and corporate matters. Prior to joining ForeverGreen, he served as the President and CEO for Zija International, another nutritional network marketing company. Mr. Patterson holds a B.A. from the University of Utah in Political Science along with a Certificate in International Relations. He received his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and he is a member of both the Utah and Kansas state bar associations.

Paul Frampton - Treasurer and CFO
Mr. Frampton has more than fifteen years experience in the network marketing industry and received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in accountancy from Brigham Young University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Utah and speaks fluent Spanish. He started in the network marketing industry as a public accountant at Grant Thornton where he worked directly with Utah-based network marketing firms. For the previous 11 years, he worked with Enrich/Unicity in a number of positions. Paul has helped open and develop 29 different countries.

Robert Reitz - Director and Senior Vice President of Business Analysis
Mr. Reitz started in the network marketing industry in 1997 with Enrich International. He lived in and opened the Enrich Japan territory while expanding Enrich throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas. Mr. Reitz is fluent in Japanese and also worked with markets throughout the world for Morinda/Tahitian Noni International. He developed a broad understanding of network marketing in the areas of commissions, finance, accounting, payroll, reporting, IT and human resources. Mr. Reitz has an MBA from NYU Stern School.

Jerry Gray - Senior Vice President of Operations and Product Development
Mr. Gray has worked for such companies as InShape International and Destiny WorldWide in the network marketing industry, both domestic and international. He studied nutrition at the University of Utah and his knowledge of effective nutritional and personal care formulas is used to ensure all products contain only the purest and most effective ingredients available.

Rick Redford - Vice President of Business Development
Rick Redford has extensive experience in the health and wellness and home-based business industries. He has worked for industry leaders developing business plans, leadership training programs, and international expansion plans. Perhaps Rick's biggest strength is his ability to support distributors in all aspects of the business. His knowledge, experience, and poise contribute to the success of ForeverGreen at the corporate office and out in the field. Rick exemplifies leadership in the field by setting goals and creating accountability. Rick studied Business Management at Brigham Young University and theater and performing arts at the University of Utah.

Daylen Bushman - Vice President Manufacturing
Equipped with a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a Public Relations emphasis from Brigham Young University, Daylen brings a strong, organized, and detail-driven attitude to the operations side of ForeverGreen. With over six years of experience in the network marketing industry and over ten years of management responsibilities, Daylen's versatility and resourcefulness can be felt in all aspects of ForeverGreen. He worked at Whole Living/Brain Garden for more than five years prior to joining the ForeverGreen team, where he was the Director of Operations and took charge of managing the warehouse, purchasing, production, shipping and receiving departments.

Daylen also serves as the coach of the ForeverGreen softball team. He and his lovely wife of over six years have three handsome sons. They are all delighted to be a part of the ForeverGreen family.

Timothy Simpson - CIO and Vice President of I.T.
Tim has worked for a diverse group of companies, including Xango, Unicity Network, Enrich International, Direct American Marketers Inc, and Arthur Anderson. Beyond technology, Tim possesses excellent skills in marketing, branding, operations, and has a deep empathy for the people who make network marketing work - the Distributors. During his career, Tim has been a key factor in the opening of 19 foreign markets in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe.

Jorge E. Alvarado - Vice President of Latin American Business Development
Born in Mexico City, Jorge speaks English and Spanish fluently. In addition to his vast knowledge about the network marketing industry, Jorge has outstanding administrative and public speaking skills. With over 13 years of experience in the industry, including corporate management, Jorge has developed and sustained successful Latin American markets. In addition to extensive management and marketing experience, Jorge is passionate about international business and has participated in setting up operations in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and the United States.
